Main villain design

The first design I created was for the main villain, Kira Hollowhard.

My goal was to blend the appearance of a powerful army general with that of a dark princess. To achieve this look, I incorporated epaulettes (I recently learned their proper name!) and impressive armor. Large horns were added to emphasize her royal status, while angular design elements perfectly reflect her sharp and formidable personality.

I’m currently considering the best way to depict her familiars above her head.
